Return Policy
We want you to love the art you purchase from Inner Divinity Art. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your artwork.
- The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Custom or commissioned pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
2. Return Process:
- Contact us at returns@innerdivinityart.com to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@innerdivinityart.com with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
